The food pantry is a valuable ministry at Scappoose Foursquare, based on Matthew 25:35. "For I was hungry and you gave me food. I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and you brought Me together with yourselves and welcomed and entertained and lodged me."
As an outreach ministry funded by individual donations through our local congregation, we supply food to families in need. Working with our community food bank, we are also able to supply Holiday Meal Baskets.
We have food bags available after every service. Rent/utility assistance is available as funds allow. You do not need to be a member of our congregation to receive help.
